Celery root, apple & walnut salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 celery root
- 2 apples
- 1/8 cup fresh lemon juice (taken from 1⁄2 lemon)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/3 cup walnuts
Instructions
- Peel and julienne the celery root and apples then immediately mix them with the lemon juice so that they don’t turn brown.
- Add the mayonnaise, sugar, salt and pepper. Adjust the taste.
- Add the walnuts then mix.
