Well, we’ve got the cocktail for you. For those times when you need a little more relaxation than just a simple cocktail can provide, our frozen Bellini CBD recipe will have you chillaxin’ in brunch (or dinner) heaven.
But first thing’s first. Let us be very clear that we are not suggesting you get high for brunch. I mean, do whatever you’ve gotta do, but we’re not in that type of business. CBD is the non-psychoactive component of THC, which means you won’t get “high,” but you will feel more relaxed.

Studies have shown that the use of CBD reduces anxiety, helps with pain management and encourages prevention and reduction of inflammation. CBD can also promote a more restful sleep, benefit heart function and even reduce chemotherapy effects in cancer patients.
As with anything new in your diet, start slow (we suggest 10 milligrams to begin — the milligrams should be written on the label). CBD — whether oil-based or alcohol-based — is an ingredient that you can add to almost anything. In this case, we’ll be using water-soluble CBD because it’s the best option for drinks. Once you get familiar with what your body needs, you will quickly learn how to incorporate CBD into your everyday life and you’ll start to feel the difference.

Fresh peach Bellini freeze with CBD
Yield 2 drinks
Ingredients
- 1 ounce peach schnapps
- 2 fresh peaches (frozen for at least 2 hours)
- 20 milligrams unflavored water-soluble CBD
- 5 ice cubes
- 6 ounces sparkling wine or prosecco
- Grenadine for color
Instructions
- Combine the schnapps, peaches, CBD (your favorite brand) and ice cubes in a blender.
- Pulse to start breaking up the peaches.
- Add the sparkling wine and grenadine, if you’re using it, and puree until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a champagne flute and serve immediately.
