Instant Pot copycat Applebee’s artichoke and spinach dip

Yield 10 servings



  1. Place garlic cloves and chicken broth in Instant Pot.
  2. Add artichokes, frozen spinach, sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and onion powder to the pot.
  3. Cook on manual high pressure for 4 minutes.
  4. Do a quick release.
  5. Stir in parmesan and mozzarella.
  6. Transfer hot dip to a bowl.
  7. Serve with corn chips or bread bites.


The mixture will thicken further as it cools.
