When I was a kid, I would fill my plate with a giant pile of stuffing, and nothing else, and try to sneak out of the room with zero turkey. Of course my parents stopped me and forced me to eat a more balanced meal. Well, now that I’m an adult I can eat a giant plate of stuffing anytime I want. Sometimes I stick to tradition and keep it simple, but sometimes I switch it up and add a little creativity. This Cheesy Broccoli Cheddar Stuffing might not have been found on my childhood Thanksgiving table, but it’s about to show up this year. This is a simple stuffing stuffed with cheese and broccoli – what’s not to love?
