Lori Blevins is a high-energy elementary school teacher (as if there is any other kind!), mom of 2 teenage boys, and a regular contributor to Thanksgiving.com. When not teaching, writing, grocery shopping (cuz teenagers eat A LOT!) or cheering her youngest son on at lacrosse games, she can be found running with her rescue mutt Murphy, digging in the dirt - which is much preferable to cleaning house - or sitting on the porch with a good book and glass of wine.
